Jeff Walker lives in Bradenton, Florida and is originally from Ontario, Canada.  He is an accomplished real estate owner and property manager with over 20 years’ experience running a successful residential property management company in Ontario. Overseeing 400 residential properties, he understands the needs of his clients as well as the tenants he manages.  

 

While living in Bradenton, Jeff knew he wanted to pursue a similar business caring for client’s real estate assets.  Recently, he became the proud owner of Homewatch Suncoast as well as When & How Concierge Services.  Both companies started several years ago when the founders saw a need for professional home watch companies in their respective areas.  Jeff and his team will carry on the tradition of great customer service and care that both companies were built on. 

 

The combined company will live on under the Homewatch Suncoast banner and provides home watch and concierge services throughout Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Venice, and the surrounding areas.
